At Nectar, we want you to sleep soundly, which is why we offer a 365-night trial to ensure your new mattress is the perfect fit for your home. If you are not completely satisfied during your trial period, we make the return process simple and stress-free.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated Resident to Sleep team via phone, chat, or email after the required 30-day break-in period to start your return process.
- 2.Verification and Approval
Submit the necessary documentation, including photos of the mattress tags and condition, to confirm eligibility under our 365-night trial policy.
- 3.Coordinate Removal
Once approved, we will work with you to coordinate a pickup through a local charitable organization or a professional disposal service at no cost to you.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After the mattress has been successfully picked up and the donation receipt is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
