How long is the Nectar 365-Night Home Trial?
We offer a full year (365 nights) to try your Nectar mattress. If you don't love it within that timeframe, we will arrange for a pickup and provide a full refund of your purchase price.
What does the Forever Warranty™ cover?
Our Forever Warranty™ covers defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own the mattress. If it is found to be defective, we will repair or replace your Nectar at no cost to you.
How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Nectar mattresses are compressed and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States, and most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.
Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?
No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific multi-layer construction and should not be flipped. We recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months to ensure even wear.
Can I use my existing bed frame or foundation?
Yes, Nectar is designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, divans, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), and adjustable bases.
How long does it take for the mattress to expand?
Once unboxed, your Nectar mattress will begin to expand immediately. While you can sleep on it within a few hours, it may take up to 24-72 hours to reach its full height and firmness level.
